At Fraser Engineering safety is not a priority, it is a core value!

This core value starts at the top and filters through all levels. Everyone has a responsibility to safety, not just the safety officer, not just the foreman; everyone! We are a team; a team with trust, a team that communicates, a team that is responsible.

Safety for our workers means…

That we have a Healthy team! That everyone will go home at the end of the day, with ten fingers, ten toes. That we will have a Productive and Proactive work site. That we will have customer retention, that we will be successful, and our customers will be successful. Its never not only about us, but about our communities, our customers, our families, and each other.
